Maldives to Iceland, Bondi to Rio — the world keeps throwing chaos, and they keep catching it together.

Issue 2 of World Couple picks up the pace with even more destinations and even more deadpan absurdity. It opens on the pristine beaches of the Maldives where she's diligently taking field notes on a seagull that just stole their sunscreen. Australia's Bondi Beach brings surfboards, waves, and a sunglasses-wearing kangaroo who, according to him, is genuinely cooler. Rio de Janeiro's Copacabana hosts an intense beach volleyball match — she dives, he takes a ball to the face, someone shouts "Got it!" At Iceland's dramatic black-sand Reynisfjara beach, a puffin lands on his head and he announces he's "become one with the ecosystem" and is somehow getting a great tan. The issue ends in the turquoise paradise of Thailand's limestone cliffs, where a mischievous monkey photobombs their longtail boat selfie with the biggest grin of the trip.
